TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, possess the legal authority to enter into the legal agreement constituted by your acceptance of these conditions and to use the site in accordance with such Conditions.
The reservation form featured on mycalitri.com and its affiliates is provided solely to assist customers in determining the availability of travel related services and to make legitimate reservations and for no other purpose.
Booking procedure
- You select your desired Medieval Vacation Rental, complete the secure form - Full payment is required at time of booking. Your Credit Card will not be charged until your reservation is confirmed. MyCaliti.com does not collect any information about your credit card. This website uses encrypted connection to forward payment information to your credit card issuer in order to process the payment.
- Changes on your reservation will be subject to availability
Cancellation / refund
These rules apply to all the accommodations, services and activities offered thorugh this website
In the event of cancellation, the following table is applicable:
- You cancel up to 45 days prior to your arrival date, we reserve the right to keep the 30% advancement payment already paid if property is not re-rented. If rental rate was paid in full, we will refund 70% of the amount paid and the remaining 30% will be paid back to you if property is re-rented.
- You cancel between 45 days and 21 days prior to your arrival date, we will not refund you the 30% advancement payment already paid. If property was paid in full, we will re fund 35% of the total paid.
- You cancel within 21 days prior to your arrival date, we reserve the right to keep the full amount paid
Security Deposit
A 250 euros refundable at the end of your stay is due as a security deposit payable in cash at time of arrival together with an imprint of your credit card. This is simply a precaution to cover any incidental expenses during your stay and to cover the following:
- For houses that offer Heating there is a charge of 1 euro per cubic meter of gas used. The Property Management will measure the meter upon checking in and will check the meter upon checking out from the rental property. Estimate between 20 - 50 euros for a weekly stay. Please make sure you do not use heating when not present in the house to avoid excess consumption.
- 330 kilowatts of electricity per week are included in the rental price for the Medieval Apartment Houses. Excess consumption is charged at 0.40 euros per kilowatt and it will charged to your credit card on file at the end of the rental period. Please make sure to turn off the aircon unit when not present at the home during the day to avoid high consumption of electricity.
- The rental property must be left in the same condition that it was delivered. If this is not the case, you will be required to have a final cleaning done by our personnel in the amount of 30 EUR for 2-person property, 60 EUR for a 4 person property, 100 EUR for 6 person property for cleaning services and it will be deducted from the 250 euros security deposit.

Currency Convertion
Taxes included in price. All prices for activities are per person.
Prices in this website are shown in Euros as all prices for accomodations, services and activities are based in Europe. Consequently, the corresponding US Dollar amount will be based on the rate of Euro to Dollar at the time of the payment. The amount due for final payment (in USD) may be more, or less - depending on the value of the euro (€) - from the time you paid the deposit. The reimbursement of the deposit may be more, or less - depending on the value of the Euro - from the time the deposit was paid.
Furnishings and supplies
Unless otherwise is noted in the description of the particular property, the rental home comes with equipped kitchens, refrigerator, and oven. Bedrooms are equipped with pillows, linens and blankets. Bathroom amenities include toilet paper, towels and soap.
The tenant is responsible for all other amenities such food, shampoo, house cleaning supplies. Neither (napkins, brooms, lighter, matches, rags etc.) are provided unless is requested on the reservation form under "comments" The Property Management will do their best to accommodate all of your wishes. You will be able to contact the Property Management for supplies such as matches, wine, candles, they do not guarantee having them all in stock, but they will do their best to accommodate your requests.Capacity
The number of individuals provided in the reservation form, being the agreement between you and the Property Management, may not be exceeded the number of individuals on the property description. Children/babies
(one year and older) always count as persons in the capacity. Tenants are not allowed to bring additional beds. If these rules are not respected and the Property Management note that the capacity is exceeded - it is the Property Management's right, without any warning, to cancel your stay at the accommodations. The tenants will not be entitled to any compensation.
Children's Safety
Specific concerns should be discussed with a Property Management member of staff the first day of your rental period.
Guests with infants and small children should check with a Property Management member of staff if a crib, cot or high chair is available. These may not conform to safety standards and are used at the client's own risk. For sanitary reasons bedding for cots and cribs are not supplied.
Pets
At some of our properties it is possible/allowed to bring pets. This has to be specified when completing the reservation form. When pets are brought to one of the properties it has to be left in the same condition it was delivered and it is required that you have a final cleaning done by our personnel in the amount of 30 EUR for 2-person property, 60 EUR for a 4 person property, 100 EUR for 6 person property for cleaning services and it will be deducted from the security deposit.
You understand
Since this rental is made solely on a seasonal basis, the tenant understands the need to vacate the premises upon the last date provided in the reservation form
Septic Tank
Most of our properties for rent have a septic tank. It is therefore forbidden to throw tampons, sanitary towels, cigarettes etc. into the toilets, as it will stop the drain. In case of damage from not complying with the above, the Property Management will deduct the cost of repair from your deposit.
Electricity
In Europe, houses generally have a a limited amount of electricity (3 - 6 kilowatts). The use of too many appliances at the same time will flip a circuit breaker and shut off the electricity. The Property Management can not provide a refund if electricity is lost temporarily due to a circuit breaker being triggered.
Safety
Always remember to close and lock all doors before leaving the house. The Property Management does not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are
at the tenant's risk.
Garbage Disposal
Remember to empty all garbage during your stay and before departure. Please find public containers on the street near the house
Noise
In Italy it is prohibited by law to make noises after 10pm. Please respect your neighbors.
Disability Access
The Medieval houses on this website are not fitted for walking disabled people. The Palazzo Zampaglione can accommodate people with walking disabilities.
Must Read
At entering the rental agreement, the tenant(s) declare that any claims will not be made against italydreamvacation.com , Tricali Ltd.'s Property Management, in case of personal injury/damages while being on the property and by using any of the appliances. We hereby notice that children supervision is the tenant's responsibility.
The short-term renter shall comply with all local regulations and laws now in force or which may hereafter be in force, pertaining to the use of the premises. If short-term renter in found to be in violation of any of the above and is then forced to vacate before they so choose, rent shall not be refunded
mycalitri.com, its affiliates, Tricali Ltd. do not provide refunds for any reason beyond that which is covered in these terms. Refunds are not provided for airline related stoppage or re-routings, declarations of war, acts of war, travel alerts or warnings issued by governments or local authorities, or any other events beyond their control. mycalitri.com, its affiliates, Tricali Ltd. recommend purchasing cancellation insurance.
mycalitri.com, its affiliates, Tricali Ltd. will not be held liable or provide any refund due to the condition of certain amenities, including air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machines, private telephones, and other appliances. If a problem should arise with equipment in a unit, a refund on rent will not be made. Repairs will be made as soon as possible.
mycalitri.com, its affiliates, Tricali Ltd guarantee that all properties will be available upon arrival in accordance with confirmed reservations. If the rental unit is not available because it is either 1) rented to another party by error, 2) uninhabitable due to structural damage or failure of essential equipment and fixtures such as heating, electrical systems, plumbing, etc. You will be provided a similar house of similar price range. No charges or penalties or rent reimbursement can be applied to mycalitri.com, its affiliates, Tricali Ltd.

We function as agent and are therefore responsible for bringing about a contact between you, the on-line client "End-User" and the owner/s, representatives and or providers of the accommodations, services and activities. Our information is based on what is provided to mycalitri.com and its affiliates, and to Tricali Ltd. by the owners of the accommodations, and other third parties managing the activities and services and reproduced by us in good faith.
mycalitri.com and its affiliates, and to Tricali Ltd. will not be held liable for any changes which do not affect the accommodations rental directly ( erg. swimming possibilities at the beach, shops etc., road and building construction, environmental damage etc.)
mycalitri.com its affiliates Tricali Ltd. are not responsible for the failure or breakdown of any of the properties installation listed on this website. We shall not be responsible for any loss, personal injury or damage to a person in direct connection to the properties, services and activities offered on this website. Neither we are responsible for disrupt transportation services or any cause arising of theft, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control. You understand that the accommodations, services and activities offered through this Site and all related information are being supplied by owners of the accommodations and provider of the services. You understand that mycalitri.com and its affiliates Tricali Ltd. provide you the information given by the owners of the accommodations and grant you the access to make a reservation for their accommodations, services and activities either by e-mail or over the phone.
